2013年參與電影『夢糖工廠』拍攝及配樂錄製。2014年與『In Tap』和『小節慶爵士樂團』於水源劇場展演、並首次發表個人創作『Sleep Devoted』。

2015年於兩廳院爵士音樂營-研習營開始擔任教師一職。

2015年參與Elin Lee (李宜玲)首發專輯『Breathing』台灣巡迴演出。

2106年隨『爵士之門』樂團榮獲台北爵士樂壇新秀比賽第一名。

2018年參與『揮灑烈愛』多媒體跨界音樂劇，於國家音樂廳演出。

2018年與德裔鋼琴家Julian Moreen共同策劃『原創音樂巡迴演出計畫』並擔任台灣及亞洲地區總策劃，並以Julian Moreen為首組成Julian MoreenQuartet。

2019年參與『瘋戲樂』年度大戲《台灣有個好萊塢》擔任樂手一職。

2019年隨Julian Moreen Quartet受邀於台中爵士音樂節演出、並策劃2019台灣地區交流與展演。

致力於音樂演出、教育、以及推廣、演出足跡遍及台灣、馬來西亞、新加坡、德國…等等不同國家。擅長與多元類型團體合作，參與原創發表、電影配樂錄製、專輯錄製、舞蹈、音樂劇、現代劇場...等跨界藝術發表。

[ Tobias Frohnhöfer | Drums ]

Born in Ludwigshafen, Germany in 1990, Tobias at a young age began studying drums with Christian Scheuber, introducing him to jazz and beginning what has become an ongoing relationship. In high school Tobias began piano lessons with the Russian pianist Regina Litvinova, began jazz vibraphone studies with Claus Kiesselbach, and formed his first Jazz Trio as a leader called Jatzt!-Trio, a group with whom he played at multiple European jazz festivals and recorded 2 albums, as well as the European Jazz Competition in Italy and the Jugend Jazzt Jazz Competition in Germany.

As a jazz vibraphone major at Mannheim University of Music and Performing Arts, Tobias studied under Tom van der Geld and Claus Kiesselbach, while also touring in Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States. Granted the the Baden-Württemberg-Exchange scholarship in 2014, he was able to spend a year in the U.S.A. on an exchange program with Wesleyan University. He studied drums, vibraphone and South Indian percussion for two semesters with Jay Hoggard, Pheeroan akLaff, David P. Nelson, and Noah Baerman, while also taking private lessons in New York with Victor Lewis, Ralph Peterson and John Riley. These studies culminated in the recording of Informal, his debut album under his own name for the RMI Records label.

After returning to Germany, Tobias finished his degree, began studying and playing with Richie Beirach and The New Richie Beirach Quartet, and formed a new jazz quintet “Bilderband” with Antoine Spranger, Bjarne Sitzmann, Daniel Buch, and Lukas Hatzis (winners of the prestigious “Future Sounds Jazz Price“ prize in Leverkusen in 2016).

He played concerts with Richie Beirach, Dave Liebman, Alex Sipiagin, Dick Oats, Terell Stafford, Antonio Faraó, Franck Tortiller, Till Brönner, Nils Landgren, Johannes Enders, Joscha Oetz, Thomas Siffling, Markus Schieferdecker, Gabriel Coburger, Reiner Witzel, Fiete Felsch, Wayne Bergeron etc. and recorded several albums with Reiner Witzel Quintett feat. Richie Beirach und Alex Sipiagin, Fabian Schöne Quartett, Antoine Spranger Trio, SAMEKA, Bilderband, Mine etc.

In October 2020 Tobias started the Dr. Langner Jazz Master at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. He studies drums with Holger Nell and Billy Hart as well as

composition with Richie Beirach and Wolf Kerschek.

In 2021 he received the “Wormser Jazz Price” and formed a new Trio in Hamburg with Boris Netsvetaev (p) and Tilman Oberbeck (b). In September 2022 they recorded their first album featuring Alex Sipiagin on trumpet and flugelhorn .

[ Antoine Spranger | Piano ]

Antoine Spranger startet playing the Piano at the Age of 4 with Leonid Schick. Three years later he won his first competition at Jugend Musiziert.

After receiving various awards in the classical scene he discovered his love for jazz and started studying at the „Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst Mannheim“ in 2014, first with Jörg Reiter, then with Rainer Böhm, until 2019.

The most important projects at the moment are Bilderband, with which he won the first Prize of the Future Sounds contest, and was finalist of the international Burghausen Jazz Contest 2017 as well as the Getxo Jazz Contest in Spain in 2018, and the newly founded Trio with Matis Regnault and Tobias Frohnhöfer with which he won the „Kunststiftung Baden- Württemberg 2019, as well as the Fusion-Jazz Band Sameka.

He had the opportunity to perform with multiple bands on various countries and continents like Taiwan, Guadeloupe, Italy, Spain, Croatia and won multiple awards in different formations.
