[ 林偉庭 Tim Lin | Sax ] 

出生成長在加州舊金山灣區的林偉庭， 是一顆新興崛起的爵士樂明星。 他漸進，熱血，溫醞的音色源於他將傳統爵士樂與當代爵士樂的融合。。在發現John Coltrane的名作 ”A Love Supreme”後，他從此便被爵士樂的奇妙所深深吸引。高中三年級時，林偉庭便跟著加州灣區的名薩克斯風演奏，教育家Dann Zinn學習。在Dann Zinn深具啟發的教學指導下，林偉庭發現了他對爵士樂的熱情，喜愛。他期望通過努力學習，成為一流的爵士樂手。。林偉庭獲得了USC Thorton音樂學院的獎學金，在世界聞名的爵士薩克斯風樂手Bob Sheppard門下學習。在大學裡，林偉庭除了是在由Bob Mintzer 指導的USC 獎譽盛名Thorton Jazz Orchestra的一員外，他也是Jason Goldman指導下USC Winning Honor Combo的成員。二十出頭的他便曾與許多爵士名家如Kenny Burrell, Tootie Health, Russell Ferrante, Carl Allen, 等一同演出。林偉庭曾在Monterey爵士音樂節，San Jose爵士音樂節，Blue Whale，Catalina Bar and Grill餐廳，Monterey Next Generation爵士音樂節，Fillmore爵士音樂節表演。林偉庭現在居住在舊金山灣區，在這裡他是一位活躍的爵士樂藝術家，教育家，和作曲家。目前他正在準備自己的首張專輯，在不久的將來就會推出。

Will Lyle (Born 1994) is an upright and electric bassist, bandleader, composer, arranger, and producer from Orange County, California and based in New York City. He previously worked as a freelance musician from 2016 to 2021 in Los Angeles.A year after graduating from Berklee College of Music, he toured with GRAMMY award-winning drummer Billy Kilson's quartet to Japan in 2017.Also in 2017, he became a member of the hard bop pianist Jon Mayer's trio (alumnus of John Coltrane, Thad Jones/Mel Lewis Orchestra, and others) with Roy McCurdy  (of Cannonball Adderley's group) on drums. He has since also performed with Bill Cunliffe, Dave Kikoski, Ralph Peterson, J.D. Allen, Mike LeDonne, David Hazeltine, Bob Sheppard, Kendrick Scott, Marvin "Smitty" Smith, Anthony Wonsey, Philip Harper, Jerry Weldon, Chris Byars, Lucas Pino, John Colianni, Sal “The Voice” Valentinetti, Pasquale Grasso, Ralph Moore, Barbara Morrison, and Sumerian Records artist Bones UK. He keeps and active performing and recording schedule, and has toured extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. He has performed at Smalls, Mezzrow, 55 Bar, Ornithology, Birdland, Pit Inn (Shinjuku, Tokyo), Java Jazz Festival (Jakarta, Indonesia) and Newport Jazz Festival. His short film score for “Fame Kills” won Best Score for the 2021 Nashville 24-Hour Short Film Festival. He studied with Ron Carter at Manhattan School of Music, where he finished his master’s degree in May 2022.

16歲開始學習爵士鼓, 2008年參加台北國際爵士音樂營後, 便一頭栽入爵士樂的學習與演出, 演奏風格上受Philly Joe Jones, Elvin Jones等影響, 曾師事於Quincy Davis, 2009年進入陸軍樂隊服役, 退伍後開始出沒於台北的各大Live House如Blue Note, 雅痞書店, Sappho, 露西亞等地方, 目前每個禮拜三固定於台北Blue Note演出. 曾參與隱分子樂團演出及EP錄製, 李芳旭三重奏於台北爵士音樂節及台中爵士音樂節演出以及9m88 "樂人"頻道的錄製與2017冬季巡迴鼓手。
